Ok, when I put my charger on the battery, the needle goes to full charge, and my lights in car come on(door light and clock), but when I take off the charger, the lights and things go off? What is the deal?

 

Your battery is probably not holding its charge (which means time to replace the battery).

Bring your battery to a SEARS or any automotive parts store and have them test the battery (this is usually a free service).
