battery disconnected, idle funny now

battery disconnected, idle funny now

okay, i disconnected my battery for a day and when i put in new battery, the idle is surgin? is that normal?
do i have to drvie at a certain speed for the computer to adjust the idle

Make sure your battery connections and grounds are solid. After that, adjust the TPS.
