Battery chassis wire harness

My engines electrical wires were pretty messed up and caused my car not to start at all. So then i bought one from apex auto parts. I'm just wondering is it as simple as just unplugging and plugging the parts together? Is there anything else to it than that? Can I replace it without removing any other parts? Sorry I'm just having trouble knowing which plug works what. Thanks.

Here's a pic of the part.

The engine harness is one of the smallest ones, but getting to all the connectors will be loads of fun. I'd clear out most of the things that will get in way first: battery, starter, trailing coil, plug wires, etc...
