Battery cable part num?

Is there a Mazda part number for the positive battery cable, or is it only available with the complete engine harness?

The positive terminal that hooks to the battery is in really rough shape, but all the cables I can find locally so far are either a single length to the starter, ie nothing to route to the fuse box, or a crappy 18ga butt connector to connect to the fuse box.

I'd prefer something premade rather than make my own, just because I know a premade cable will last longer. I guess if anyone knows of an aftermarket offering that worked well for them, I'd like to know the details as well.

Thanks

Most automotive repair shops will be able to make you one. I'd take it off and bring it to them, rather than pay the labor rate for removal/installation.

Not sure what year your car is... your profile says you have an 85 FB. I can't find the battery cable in the parts fiche, but call around to see who can do what, and for how much.

Edit:
Not talking about the shitty bolt-on terminals either. Make sure they give you a properly crimped terminal with heat shrink around the crimp.
