I don't know what's going on here but my car is hardly holding an idle right now and if I disconnect the BAC it won't hold an idle. it is always dropping down really low and the vroom up to 1500rpms. the best it gets is around a 500-900rpms bounce/sputter and stuff almost like a nasty missfire. but when cruising around it does just fine and still has power if I give it some gas.

great
I have no idea where to start look at it either. notice the brakes don't even want to work right. it seems at idle or low rpms they dont' want to work like assist brakes but instead work like manual brakes but if I get the rpms up high enough and engine brake I get full power assist

another thing I wanted to add is when cold it tends to do a little better though cold temps around here are around high 20's low 30's
when the car is warmed up it tends to get quite a bit worse
if I am to do a vacuum check what is the minimum vacuum I should be pulling?
