Banjo Fitting

Has anyone actually "hurt" their injectors by replacing the PD with a banjo fitting? I'm curious to find out if this is just an rx7 myth or is fact. The theory of it sounds possible, but I have a hard time believing it.

There is a thread in the archives which discusses the elimination of the pulsation damper in detail. "Hurting" the injector is not the issue. The issue is creating random lean spots due to fluid hammer effects.

Ok, I just read all 7 pages of the b*tch slap contest and have made up my mind, I'm going with a banjo bolt, for both my NA and TII. I may consider a aftermarket FPR for my TII, whenever I decide to upgrade my turbo and injectors.
