banjo bolt replacing PD..
where should i get the copper washers for the banjo bolt .. and does it matter how tight i make it (i know not real tight).. but the hole in it.. does it have to face where the fuel line comes in.. or does it matter? and getting this PD off is being a pain in the buttt.

yeh, big skinny (homemade) wrenches help...Mazdatrix has the crush washers...yeh, don't put buku torque on it, you'll tweak or crack something...I'm guessing about 20 ft/lbs, if you have the tools to measure it...doesn't matter where that hole lines up if you install it right...

Spray some penetrating oil (*PB blaster works great) Tap it with a wrench to help loosen it, then I just use a breaker bar on it. (the front bolt) . (or u can use two wrenches on it use the open end on the bolt, and daisy chain the wrenches (u put the open end of a second wrench in the box end of the first, u have to experement). I (on the gsl-se I owned) replaced all the PD with earls banjo bolt fittings ..
I didnt have any problems (specially on my NA gsl-se but if you got a turbo car Im not sure if its really needed or not)
I personally think the FPR (Fuel pressure regulator) dampens the fuel delivery .. but hey im no scientist..)
