Ball Joints

I just bought an 86 GXL and the previous owner said that it needed new ball joints. I found them on ebay, I'm a noob, so please tell me if i should get them.

i would probably get OEM ones but it shouldn't matter much. you might want to check yours first to see if they in fact need replaced.
