Balance Issues? 91' na auto/manual swap

Should there be any balance issues swapping from an auto to a manual assuming that I use a NA flywheel? Is it strictly bolt on basically besides having to fabricate a new mount?
Is there anything else I would need besides these parts?:
tranny, mount, driveshaft, pedals, slave pump, clutch master cylinder, clutch, pressure plate, throwout bearing, flywheel, boot, shifter, ****.
Thanks
