Bad water seals?

Bad water seals?

ok so my car has been sitting for most of the winter do to bad weather in the ne but i have started it here and there. now my question is is condensation build up normal. i dont have water in my oil it doesnt smoke and im not really loseing any coolant. i can start it with out the radiator cap on and no fluid will come out but i am almost positive there is no tstat in it ill have to wait till next weekend before i know for sure. let me know what u guys think oh before i forget i am getting milky residue at the top of the dipstick but just water on the oil cap maybe bad pcv thanks for any replies.

some crud on yer stick..that's normal..(the car,dude..we're talkin about the car.....)

usually it is on the oil cap or neck..looks like baby ****.aka: lung mustard.

If you start and run your car for short periods during the winter months,when the car is "stored", it just adds to the fact that the car needs to expel the condensate that it produced by getting hot and cooling down.

Just leave the car "stored".
If it is Properly stored then it will properly start up after storage.
