bad tranny mount?
bad tranny mount?
well i was driving on the high way and i dropped it into 3rd and the higher rpms made the car shake like a salt shaker, but i know it's not the tirers or wheels. could it be from a bad tranny mount....also i was wondering if a bad tranny mount could mess up a pilot bearing.....cause it also broke last night,
thanks

If you have a bad pilot bearing, you can have all mannor of vibrations because the front of the input shaft is unsupported (assuming total pilot destruction).
It's easy to find a bad transmission mount because it will cause the shifter to bounce up and down quite a bit on rough roads.
Drivetrain vibration is often worn U-joints in the driveshaft.
