Is this a bad tps? or somthing else?
i'm not sure if my tps is bad or something else on my 89 GXL, my idle just has started to be real low and bounce around on the verge of stalling out 
my first thought was tps?
my second thought was bac valve?
whats your opinion?

yep sounds like a vacuum leak
take a dmm to the tps just in case, you never know if its about to go out also
most problems ive seen with vacuum problems is on the intake tubing up to the throttle body
