A bad TPS can cause bucking right?

It seems that at any random point between 2-3K rpm I can experience anywhere from mild to pretty severe bucking. A few days ago I pulled codes for both the narrow and full range TPS. Could that be the cause?

yeah, i also had hesitations/bucking around 2-3k. turned out the tps was bad, got a new one for 130 bucks new at rockauto.com (might not be oem) but now everything runs as smooth as butter.
