has this car been hacked up?

if youve put on a new (its not a used one is it?) alternator and still are draining batteries there is a major voltage draw somewhere on the car

check the charging voltage with a multimeter...you should be seeing 13.5 volts at the battery terminals when the car is running....

if not you have cooked another alternator or a HUGE draw

oh yeah, hacked up meaning cut wires hanging everywhere, ghetto rigged **** everywhere you look, something to indicate that there is a good possiblity there are wires grounding out and causing a draw.
