Bad Idle Help

86 N/A TPS replaced, emissions removed. BAC still intact, fuel injectors are cleaned one is leaking but i put it on the secondary fuel rail.
So my car idle high when its cold around 3k and when its warmed up idle bounces 1500 to 2k.
So I put the TPS on spec(1 ohms) and it idles at 1500rpm but the car shakes, but if i set it up like 1.3 ohms idle bounces. I tried disconnecting the tps and it idle at 2k and runs better like the car is not bucking on low speed.
Ive tried cleaning the throttle body and still idles bad

Checked for vacuum leaks using a smoke machine and only found one. But i don't think it will make my idle bad

whats with all the tape on your intake??? and yes, ANY vacuum leak will cause an idle problem, fix the vacuum leak, and change how you set the TPS. Take the car for a good half hour drive to get it hot, then adjust the TPS to 1 VOLT DC. The Ohm setting never made sense because the computer is actually looking at the VOLTAGE the TPS sends, NOT the resistance

Tape are heat reflective. So ive tried the volts method and does the same thing idles a 1500rpm and rumbles. Is it ok to take out the secondary vacuum diaphragm?

why take it out?

My next step if I were you would goto the FSM (Foxed.ca) and do the idle relearn in the emissions section, it made a WORLD of difference how mine idled and ran, and I haven't had much issues since, going on 3 years since I did it last I believe

first, your idle is too high. dicking with the TPS with the idle improperly set won't fix anything.
