Bad Hesitation At Low Rpms

my car is a n/a with a Atkins engine with no emissions. it starts up but has bad hesitation at low rpms. i cleaned the two grounds one for the computer and the one by the trailing coil. can the fuel injectors cause this? im running out of ideals. thanks chris

Have you tried adjusting the TPS (That fixed it on Blaen99's car) and possibly your timing is off?

Generally speaking, these cars can always use more grounds.

Compression test.

Adjust your TPS, all it takes is a multimeter. Search that ****, it'll most likely fix your problem.

ok today i tried to adjust the tps. i used the light method. when i moved the tps slowly by hand the light went out and came back on. does that mean these a dead spot in the tps.

and is there any way to remove the top throttle plate. i was messing around with it and it would make the rpms ramp up but run bad.
thanks chris
