How can I know if my injectors are leaking down when my car sits?I've got a s5 tII and when it sits for4-5 hrs or more it smokes for about 2 min after start up,it's only got about 60 000km on it and it goes through very little oil but my fuel milage is terriable(like 10-11 mpg)Just wondering if my injectors could be leaking down causing a very rich start up and that may be the smoke I'm seeing?the car is pretty well stock.Thanx for any help...Chad

 

If your injectors were leaking, it would probably be flooded after 4-5 hours. What color is the smoke? White = coolant, Black = fuel, Bluish = oil, and Red = blood. I really hope blood isnt coming out of your tailpipe.
