Sorry, forgot to write all that down before.
I was in a rush.
Fuel usage: 8-9MPG
Compression: 95psi on all 3 sides of both rotors.
Car is unmodified, except a replacement cat a couple/maybe few years ago(previous owner)
It is a 1987 Turbo 2.

I would say your cat is clogged. ESPECIALLY since you mentioned it has a replacement cat- the "generic" replacements do NOT hold up well to the temps put out by a rotary.

Well, low mileage could be caused by clogged cat(s), but this would show up in other areas too (like performance). In any case, a checkup of the engine and the exhaust system is in order (of course once you get all the minor things out of the way, like plugs, wires, TPS etc).
