Bad brake booster diaphragm?

After turning the car off the booster bleeds off pressure (and fluid) where the master cylinder meets the booster. It's got a brand new master cylinder on it.

Does this mean the diaphragm is bad? I know Its rare that those fail.

A leaking diaphragm will not leak fluid. It only is exposed to vacuum. If you are seeing fluid, it is your master cylinder leaking ( new or not ). If you pull your master, you should be able to see that it is leaking.

the diaprham aides in pressure when you depress the pedal no fluid is present only vacuum...the rod that connects from the booster to the master cylinder most likely is leaking

oh and on top of that you should also see if the check valve is bad as well..
