when i remove this to clean it, will i need to rain any coolant??

No, just undo the two screws for the coolant line (that hold the alumium coolant line to the top of the BAC) and lift the coolant line away from the BAC

im pretty sure this is why my idle drops to almost 0 after i take my foot off the throttle.
