I know i have been posting alot on this car but i really need to find a cure. lately the alt has been charging at 12 amps. Either because of blown diode in the alt or a really loose belt that i cannot tighten. Do you think the charging at 12 volts has anything to do with the fuel/air mixture not being burnt up all the way causing backfires and stutters?
