Ok was running great , went for a spin then the idle went haywire and now I have flames and backfires comming out the exhaust, so naturaly I start checking for vacuum leaks, Stuck EGR(Dam Cali ) and valves stuck open, none found, plugs look sooted, and It missed. fuel pressure good, TPS good Timing good ? 87 T2 s4 200 miles new everything .

 

I backfire at idle too, i have cats though so no flames for me.
