I'll definitely be able to get the pictures up eventually. I just can't tell you a specific date. If you need to get it done, then just wing it and if you have problems I'll get the pics up ASAP. Sorry, I've got a full load with work and school and it's really hard to get 20 minutes to do it. I saved the post notification in my email, so I'll post them on this thread when I get them.

Yeah i was under my car today, and i have to say getting at that switch is a bitch. It looks like the switch has gotten REALLY dirty because contact cleaner didn't do much and the switch only connected when i held it up-side-down. it looks like i'll need to look for another one, preferablly not the $100 replacement that Mazda is selling .

Try the relay set up I listed earlier in this thread

Ok, here's another option. Victoria British sells the same backup light switch for $25 so i ordered that and it installed real easy. I'm glad i did it right and now it's done. The only problem i had is that it didn't come with a replacement washer so make sure you don't lose the original one.

Just wanted to let you guys now about it because i saw it as a really great deal.

Oh yeah and "bump"
