BAC System Unpluged??
Ok from what i understand the BAC Sytem idles the car or it idles it up when u turn ur a/c on or something, well my car was running and i unpluged the BAC electrical plug and it had no effect on the car, i was wondering is that why my car dies out sometimes when i turn the a/c on and why it dosent idle properly.

I mean dosent the BAC System idle the car, what are the signs if it isnt working properly, and what else can cause the car to idle perfect sometimes and pulse like crazy other times.
Plug it back up, start the car, let it warm up, and put a couple of loads on her (headlights, e-fan, etc...), and watch your idle- if she drops and doesn't come back up (to 750 rpm if everything's adjusted right), the BAC system is bad...If she "bumps" herself back up, it's good.
Note that if your idle is high to start with, the ECU may not be activating the BAC in the first place...There are tests for this system in the Haynes & FSM....
