BAC messin with my idle

I have a problem with my idle stickin at random points even at good engine temps, it goes down to normal idle after about 30min, but before that it sticks up as far as 1500rpm, sometimes 1300, etc. Anyhow, i took the BAC connector off (i have coldstart removed and TB mod) and it makes it idle perfect. But, it wont start up, it gives it way too much fuel, what can i do? is there somethin i need to adjust after i take off the connector or what?
I have checked the BAC with an Ohmeter and it was in the acceptable range, I have also swapped the BAC's, I hear there is a way to check to the BAC another way by checkin if it clicks, is that just an option to using the Ohmeter?
Thanks guys,
Luke

Try removing it and spraying it with some super lubricant like you find at the auto store. NOT WD40, please(corrosive). You should be able to make it open just by turning the key to ON and OFF. Spray, ON/OFF etc. Maybe let it sit overnite after cleaning it? Soaking in Super Lubricant/??? Or just put it back on and have a go.
