bac and frount mount

after installing my front mount i'm not sure what to do with my bac. at first i was going to remove it, but after reading lots of peoples opinions i want to keep, but how can i make it work with aftermarket piping and no welding? can i just run it to a different vacuum source?

well you want to install it but not have to weld huh?..... what i would do in a bind like that is measure the inner diameter of the hose feeding the bac (i think 1/2 inch) then go to my local hardware store and purchase a bulk head fitting and some copper crush washers of the appropriate diameter. a bulk head fitting will have a nut on one end, large diameter threads that another nut goes on, and then a hose barb fitting. then drill a hole of the proper diameter in your piping near the the bac valve, insert your bulk head fitting using crush washers on each side and tighten it quite snug to crush the copper washers. attach hose and clamps. you may want to use a good sealant around the outside diameter for good measure, but it should work.

just drill and tap a hole for a barbed 1/4" NPT fitting and it'll work fine. just use teflon take around the threads and you should be good unless your wall thickness of your piping is too thin. it's exactly what i did and worked fine.
