To what extent do i clean the BAC valve? I'm using gas. Just pouring it threw the BAC....

I dont want to run voltage through it when it's covered in gas!!!!! I already put voltage through it when i took it off. Works fine.

Anyhelp?


EDIT: Can i make my own gasket using file office (manila) paper? Or should i just get a new one....

u might want to just get a new one

 

no, no new ones. It works fine they can't really be broken

 

Get some brake parts cleaner and shoot it everywhere that you can. Apply 12V across it, and make sure that everything gets nice and clean. Let it dry, and then lube everything inside with WD-40. Reinstall and enjoy.
