Aww yes, now pimping the Rx8 ****, pics kinda big.

Heres what it looks like all installed. The boot supplied works somethat, I struggled to get it in. You have to remember the shift boot is round on the Rx-8. Ignore the stuff on the floor I had to redo my glovebox stuff.

Cleaner shot of the drivers floorboard, through the sunroof.

You can get yours in the link in my sig.

Bonus picture. Finally a picture of my motor setup all together.

Edit: That last picture really brings out the dirt

Yeah, the weather has been very February here. Usually in the low 30's. We were blessed with a very nice mid 60 degree weekend, so I took advantage of it. As soon as I get it all running again i ll wipe down the engine bay. I still havent started the car with the 1680's in it yet. It badly needs to be tuned. And I finally got the A/C line off the firewall that has been there about 4 months.

Nope. Its my radiator overflow. It was moved because of my FMIC.

In the UK, (and possibly Japan??) The 210hp motor, or whatever HP it was lowered to, is available in a 5 speed or automatic, so I got the lit 5 speed ****.

Hey TonyT- is that a custom intercooler setup? If so, how did you keep the piping from hitting the hood? did you lower that support behind the bumper? -alex

Oh god... what did you do to your front crossmember????
:

Did you re-enforce that some how, or just cut the crossmember???

You do know that panel prevents the whole car from splitting apart in a Front and front side impact?

yea, I noticed the crossmember as well...I ordered a GReddy kit for myself but if I were making a custom IC it would be V mounted so I wouldn't hack up the car. you might want to have some bracing fab'd and welded in, no crossmember is very bad. do you have a front bumper support? I know many kits require removing the support but without the support OR the crossmember, a front end hit is much much more dangerous.

Yes the setup is custom. The pipe on the passanger side clears fine, on the drivers side theres a small notch in the hood. The sit low enough because of the U shaped cutouts on the support infront of the radiator.

Right.

Nope its white. Youd think a thousand dollar 8 megapixel camera could atleast get the colors straight.

I just made a little room for the pipes. I didnt realize the radiator support was that detrimental to the collisions above, but it is very sturdily reinforced with steel. Its a 1/2 inch thick piece that runs at the lowest point cououts between the headlights.

Not sure yet. As soon as I get it tuned you'll see some numbers. I figured, a low number of 300fwhp.

Its not from any sort of kit, just a NPR intercooler and some custom piping work. The IC is in the shape where it sits between the tubular bars that hold the front bumper support. Its at its lowest point, which has about 75% of the face showing.
