AVS removal

AVS removal

I have looked this up and i haven't gotten the answer i'm looking for now can i just remove the AVS and put a block off plate on there without removing the all other stuff for the emission.

What is a AVS? It's like asking if it's ok to remove the variable stator vanes or the mec.
