avcr no speed signal?

avcr no speed signal?

hey all i got everything all hooked up on my avcr and my injector duty cycle is always in the 80s no mattter what. also the speed signal dont work. i am pretty sure all the wires are hooked up to what the directions say. any ideas or clues or anything i need to go look at or change?

Where are you getting the speed signal from? There isn't one at the ECU so you need to go to either the cruise control or power steering computers.

the speed sensor is tapped into the cruise control. i dont know ifit matters or not but the cruise control does work fine.

It's the same signal no matter where you get it. It's a green wire with a red stripe.

also any got a clue as to why the injector duty cycle is always in the 80s? and the sol duty, i guessing solenoid duty, reads 0 all the time. is all this just improper wiring or a bad connection or what?

Interesting....i didnt know that. So the cruise control, power steering, and abs use the same senors?

Did you hook it up to read injector duty? If you hook it up to read RPM, it'll still show injector duty, but the numbers won't make any sense.

so if i disconnect the injector then the speed will work? and the other way around?
