aux port actuator

aux port actuator

i have an s5 motor in my s4 and i did the emissions removal. im going to wire open my aux ports but i cant for the life of me figure out which way is open? someone take a pic and post it with arrows showing which way is open and closed. iv seen the ones for the s4 but the s5 is different.

The S5's are opposite to the S4.

What are you doing about the VDI system?

you want the actuator arm to be aligned in a north/south orientation, not an east/west.

if you have an s5 ECU I would just use the airpump and aux port/VDI solenoids like stock. You'll appreciate the broader powerband.
