Autozone - Injector pigtail connectors...part number dead:(

Well, I got that GP sorreson part number off of Kevin's website. And the part number isnt available anymore.

Any updates on what it might be?

Prob will....but this could help others...considering how many places this bogus part number is floating around.

I think these connectors are common in mustangs. And I tried that on the Autozone website. I think autozone might be out of the pigtail business.

I got mine from a local place called "Merle's automotive". IN fact this place was so friggin awesone, they had ALL the weatherpak connecters that I needed to make my Haltech harness completely plug and play!

These worked great on my 87 TII (but I don't think they work on the S5):

If you look inside the ebay connector, you'll notice that the electrical contact area is slightly smaller than on the original factory connectors. However, I compared the impedence with the original connector, installed on the injector, with that of the ebay version, and it was exactly the same.

Autozone told me that they discontinued the GP Sorenson item, and my local store returned all their inventory to the distributor.
