FL autometer temp gauge to stock sensor issues

Does anyone have issues running an autometer gauge to the factory temp sensor on the rear iron? My car is reading up to 210* sitting and I just want to know if this is the actual temp or if the voltage is off, causing a high reading. Has anyone ran their aftermarket temp gauge like this?

Or am I overthinking this? I have aftermarket twin belt pulleys and two e fans, is this even too hot?

I dont know the specs on either the Autometer gauge or the OEM sender, but typically people use an Autometer temp sender... not the OEM one.

I HIGHLY doubt they're compatible.

That.
The gauge and sending unit must match.
