Automatic Shifter REALLY loose, need help.

Alright, I've got an 88 Auto GXL... however, i've got a bit of a problem. My shifter is exrtremely loose. I opened it up, and found a few brown plastic washers broken, so i'm assuming it's got something to do with that.

Does anyone know how to fix it, or have had the same/similar problem?.... or better yet, know where i can buy new washers or even a new shifter?

That wouldn't really fix my problem... because after i take out the automatic transmission, and the shifter, the shifter will still be broken....
I didn't say my problem was "My gears keep shifting automatically! How do i stop it?!!!"

There are shifter bushings that the shifter pivots on. You just need to replace them.
