automatic seat belts in s4?
The only sources for black non-mouse belts are AE TII's, and canadian cars from what I understand.
Damn, I was like... someone wants those? hoping you had an AE.

Have you ever driven a car with auto belts for any period of time? After I sold my old mouse-belt equipped '92 Integra, I promised myself I'd never own another car with those damn things again, they where that bad.

And too put mouse belts in would require major re-work to the frame and a complete replacement of the interior electrical system

Why not buy a 5 point harness like this? Its cheaper ($199.99) and sportier than going through the hassle of installing the tracked seat belt. I've owned a couple of cars with the auto belts and they aren't worth buying them if you don't already have them. My '92 Mazda MX-3 had a recall for them cause the motors would chew up the retractor cable, and my wifes '96 Escort belts don't retract when its cold outside.

Can't you just dye the blue belts black?
You can buy dye in an aerosol can and it goes on like spray paint.
I have seen it done on seats before and the results were impressive.
I imagine it would be a fairly straightforward process.
In fact, you may have been able to save yourself a whole lot of money by dying the interior pieces you had. I’ve never seen it done on trim pieces, but it’s worth looking into.
Typical fabric dyes will not work well because they are made for, well… fabric. Where as most of your interior is made out of plastics, (Nylon, and whatnot).
Just some stuff I found from google searches:
This stuff says it can be used on carpet, so I assume it would work for seatbelts:

This Plastikote stuff could be used for trim pieces (Check out the monitor he did, the black came out good).

Dying is NOT the same as painting.

You are not even supposed to clean the seat belts with anything but a very very mild soap (like woolite) and cool water.
Remember that the seat belts are designed to keep in you in place in the event of an accident. The least bit of weakening could be extreamly dangerous!
