Auto Power roll bar.

Anyone have it here? I want some feed back on it. I want to get this one for my TII because I saw it installed and it looks like a solid unit and its not that expensive either.

Price depends somewhat on the options you want on it and which model. check it out by going to i/o port racing.

Are you talking about pre-made weld-in kits or totally customs. I like the AutoPower bar, but I also have some serious issues with it. I don't like where the main hoop bolts to the floor and I want the rear legs to attach directly to the rear strut towers.

Have you looked at where the AutoPower's rear legs attach? I can flex that metal by leaning on it.

ya I don't like the autopower bars.

they bolt to the thin metal floor and to the thin metal wheel wells..... if you rolled the car I could just see the 4 legs poping through the bottom LOL....

weld in is definatly better. and also legal for the drag track where as the autopower isn't. but weld in is alot more work and money.

Id really be interested in pics of the autopower installed if anyone has any. Not really concerned if it is track legal, but I have rolled a car before and would like a little more protection in my FC in case I were to do it again.
