wait now theres 2 (still behind the intercooler) there was another hose that was plugged of with a screw so i took the screw out and its a vacuum hose.

hmmmm....i think you should really post a pic of the engine bay so we can see your setup. not to prove you have the turbo but so we can help you fix these vaccum leaks thats keeping you from boosting over 3PSI.
