im doing a tranny swap and on the post i got some help from it says to unplug the AT wires at the ecu.... i pulled the ecu but it does not label any of the three sets of wires ive looked in the haynes and on this site and cant find this ? also it is a 91 thanks for any help

 

There is a seperate CPU for the Tranny, you don't unplug the main engine computer, you just unplug the transmission computer.

 

i thought it was under the passenger foot rest probly a stupid question but where is the tanny cpu ive worked on many a rx but this is my first auto which isnt even mines its a friends who bought the racingbeat road race exhaust system with them telling us it worked on auto then when wouldnt fit pretty much said sorry so here we are doing some unnessary **** but my bad for ramblimg I just pull the cpu and im good?

this car better be fast as hell when its done.. had to leave my fb at my girls house for two weeks cuz his **** is a matic

its on the passenger side under the carpet yes but its mounted on what would be the inside of the fender as opposed to on the floor where the main ecu is

ummm were is it on a jappa rx7? ie right hand drive?
