Auto to manual conversion Puzzle ???

I'm almost finished with my auto non turbo to manual turbo conversion. But what puzzles me is what do I do about the rest of the powertrain. I built a custom tranny adapter, used the example from www.rotaryresurection.com, and when installing the driveshaft, I dont know what the hell to do. The driveshaft flange that bolts to the diff does not align properly. I figured out the hard way that the best solution would be to install a lsd + halfshafts and all. But on that web site it states that I can keep the original diff with the turbo eng+tranny+driveshaft. And the only thing that I would posibly try but still at that is a risky choice for me, would be to make the bolt holes on the driveshaft flange oval to align with the bolt holes on the hub of the diff. But even that i'm not shure if the orignial diff would be able to support the added torque. So I'm kinda screwed here.

Has anyone everdone this conversion ?

And tell me your opinions on that tranny adapter.
