If you are tight for space you can put your two amps one on each side behind the seats, leaning up against your non existant bins back area.
This will take up a little room in the back, and it will make it so you can't lean the seats as far back. (If you are someone tall, or long legs you might try and mount it in the back somewhere else.)
If you put these amps in that back area right behind the seats sitting vertically against where the bins would be then you can use the cloth covers to go over the amps. (As long as they don't get too hot) Then they will be out of sight out of mind.. It works best if you have smaller amps back there as even space is tight back there.
Another spot you can put it is ON your subwoofer box, so you can take it all out as one piece. (Though so can any car thief)
The guys in the Audio Forums might have a better clue for you. Found here:
Maybe I didn't fully understand your question.

The hard part is making it look nice while not to weigh down the car. Good luck.

Take a gander at my setup... I know I have bins. Just look at how it's all snug behind the rear towers, leaving room for a rear strut bar.
