attempted mod

well today i completed the throttle body mod as outlined at fc3s-pro.com
i also attempted to remove the cold start thermowax assembly but couldn't for the life of me remove the screw holding the spring arm and fast-idle cam pivit, the tutorial says it is known to seize and i guess it did. i ended up giving up because i was gonna strip the **** out of it if i kept going.

does anyone have any suggestions as how to get that screw out without destoying it since i still need it afterwards?

thanks,

ryan

I had to cut a slot in it and use a flathead nut driver bit in a ratchet to get it out.

I just cut the end-peice off with a dremel. I tried the above-mentioned method, and stripped it again.

What harm could a spinning metal sleeve do?
