ATF and MMO!!!

ok, i have heard all kinds of things about both ATF and MMO. i bought some MMO to put in but then i saw someone talking baout sucking it in with a vacuum tube. while i was just planning on pouring it in with my oil. can someoen please clarify where i am messed up.

two, i am assuming that ATF stands for Automatic Transmission Fluid, but i have no idea why anyone would put that in an engine. does it stand for something else? and how does it help?

i dont want to start pouring stuff in the wrong places and screw up my engine.

MMO can go directly into your engine, your oil, or your gas. It is beneficial in all ways.
ATF is automatic transmission fluid. It goes only into your engine.
