Assembly diagram Throttle body

Hey Guys,

I took my throttle body apart, cleaning it up and doing the TB mod. Putting it back together I'm having some problems with one or two parts, might have got them switched around or maybe I'm missing a part that I misplaced.

Thing is, I've been looking through the FSM and I can't find a good diagram of the throttle body showing the assemble order. Does anyways have such a drawing or know where in the FSM it is supposed to me?

This is for a 87 NA.

It's not in the FSM because you're not supposed to disasemble it.

Have you read this page?

Yes I did, but that only tells me how to do the TB mod

Problem is that my throttle body looks like ****, heck my whole engine looks like ****, so I got it into my head that while I'm taking stuff apart I'd clean them up aswell. I needed to take the TB apart so I could clean all the things. Its nice and shiny now, but I need to figure out how some things need to be put together again Normally I take pictures of everything before disassembling it, but I didn't have my camera handy this time. Thought I was smart putting all the parts on the table in the order of dissassembly, but that turned out not to be good enough

HKS,

That seems to be a bit useless. If I understand correctly (guys please correct me if I'm wrong) this would be no different from WOT as it is now where the secondairy plates are still obstructing the airflow. Removing them is what improves airflow.

But I could be wrong.
