around todayi drove my car with coils unplugged :O
so last night i unplugged some coils(my car was stolen the other night, and returned by the cops) before i went to sleep, to maybe keep my car from being stolen(retarded, i know)
but anyways, i forgot to plug them back in today, i drove to the mall and back home. nothing seemed different at all. do any of you think this would cause any harm?

I had one of my plugs unplugged once while the car was running and there was like a electric party going on it looked like it was trying to get elctricity from anything close enough to its spark. I didnt notice any damage might have damage a circuit breaker or fuse. should check your alt and batt with a multi just in case they got jacked up. make sure you check it before you start it up. while its running and then after its shut down and note any big differences usually .1 of a difference means nothing is wrong but if its a whole volt of i would be a little concerned.

Running on one set of plugs is no big deal, the trailing plugs where just added as a waste spark. If the leading are unplugged then the flame front starts in a different area and causes slightly more stress on the eshaft due to pushing almost dead center of the rotor but as long as,like man beast said, the open cable didn't spark into amything electrical that cant withstand that much voltage ull be fine.
