ARC blow off valve install help

I just installed my ARC blow off valve, its a kit, not one of those universal ones. Anyways it goes where the stock bypass valve goes. But it isnt working or making any sound at all. Any ideas on what i should do??

Uh, vacuum line connected? Valve set to tight? N/A engine?
