Ok, so,I've been messing with this bov (came with my tII project so i have no idea how old it is). I can't seem to get it to actually blow off enough to keep from having compressor surge. At 5-6 lbs it's all compressor surge between shifts. At 10psi...it does like a half n' half, blow-off then surge. The screw that adjusts it...i've turned it out alot. I was told by someone, that the diaphragm was blown in it and that it could be replaced for like $20...but i have yet to see anywhere that I can buy a diaphragm or rebuild kit for this thing. Does such a thing actually exist for this bov? I've also heard cleaning it will work. If anyone has done this...is there anything i need to watch for when taking it apart...like any springs that may go flying across my yard never to be seen again? haha

I know of several apexi bovs that have failed. I'd rather just get another brand. Here is a pic of one after it failed.

alright...so...i'm not wanting to spend $200 on another bov if I can spend $20 or so to fix this one. So....anybody heard of a rebuild kit for these things?
