A'pexi Rev Speed Meter Install?
anyone know how to install one of these into an S5 na?
apparently you need to conect it to the vehcicle speed sensor in the gauge cluster, but others said it can hook up to the ECU... someone please clarify for me.
i havent gotten it yet, so i dont know if it's one of the cars included in their "step by step instructions" but somehow i doubt it.

There is no speed signal sent to the ECU on FC's. There's a speed signal generator in the speedo that sends a signal to the power steering, cruise control and AAS computers. So you can tap into the speed signal wire (green with a red stripe) at any of those four locations.
If the meter doesn't come with instructions you can download them in PDF format from www.apexi-usa.com.
