APEX'i electronics?

I am prolly getting my TII tomorrow and want to get all APEX'i electronics(S-AFC, AVC-R, and Autotimer). I am just wanting to hear peoples input on these products and any horror stories or props to them. Thanks.

I have the S-AFC and the AVC-R, both products are excellent. The instructions to install were very easy to follow and setting them is very easy. I use to run a HKS Fcon but it broke so I went with the S-AFC and really like this set up much better than the FCON.

Thumbs up

Hello, I also have used both the AVC-R and the SAFC in two different cars -- if you have the patience and diligence to program them correctly, they are well worth the price.

They do take time to install correctly, and you're going to be precariously close to your computer with cutters and hot solder (spelling?). It always makes me nervous, so what I do is get a couple of plugs and stick them in (easy to pull the components if you want, and reinstall them later).

I'd highly recommend them not only for intuitive controls but also for the asthetic reasons.

WARNING: it's very tempting to want to fiddle with the little blue bastards when driving!

Good luck!

My next mod is a S-AFC. And some dyno time to tune it right!
