i wouldn't do it on a turbo engine, not unless the other seals spec out to be like new

SO i should just buy the whole apex seal assbley and just use triangle corner seal and put it back with the used apex seal? (aprox 45 thounsand miles on the seal i opend it up cuz i had a blown oil seal and it was puffing like crazy)

just replace the whole seal, both pieces. spec out the springs and if they're not very close to brand new spec replace those as well. Spec everything out on the engine, the housings and bearings etc. If you reuse marginal/out-of-spec parts the engine will have a terrible break in and disappoint you in terms of its power production. I can see you are in the "this is not a rebuild, I'm just going to replace x." Well that's what I thought too on my build, but the more I measured everything out the less comfortable I was throwing the engine back together.

again on a non turbo you can throw some stuff together and it's not as big of a deal except for the aforementioned break-in issue. on a turbo car you're going to be more concerned about power/sealing.

Just to clarify, as long as the parts are within spec, it is ok reuse parts in a N/A? I ask because I'm getting ready to rebuild my S5 N/A and have about 2.5 engine's worth of used apex seals that I can pick through to find the best ones.

It's not the best way to go about it but it's cheaper and it isn't as big of a deal on an N/A.

the major concern would be engine life (don't expect 50-100k) and break in (hot start problems etc).

If you lost on corner just replace the whole seal in place of the old one. As long as the other seals are not worn out, You will be fine.
