Hi I want to connect my apex s-itc correct

I have the fsm for my s4 TII and for the fd im confusing because the fc have ne1 & ne2 and g1 & g2 pins



I need to know where I need to hook the itc ne1 and g1 pins ????


and what is the pin 4H ? in the fd fsm says input from cas??? I cant find a pin similar in the fc manual



and the pin 4A in the fd its an ordinary ground or what??
